At PCW Trading, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll assist you with a return or exchange. Follow the simple steps below to complete the process.
Step 1: Contact Us
Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@pcwtrading.com or sending a WhatsApp message. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Prepare Your Item
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, or documentation received with the item.
Step 3: Return the Item
Return the item to our Couva pickup location or send it via courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, replacement, or store credit within 3–5 business days.
